OfficeGiant are pleased to offer delivery
throughout the UK. We aim to deliver your order the next
business day providing it is processed before 5.00pm. All orders
placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Your order will be sent via our delivery partner FedEx and will
require a signature upon delivery.
Furniture items are delivered within 48 hours to the ground
floor - if you wish to specify a delivery date
please do so when placing your order. Most furniture
items are supplied flat packed but are easy to assemble
When will my order arrive?
We aim to deliver your order the next business day
providing it is processed before 5.00pm, however,
some furniture, electrical and some bespoke items
can take a little longer.
Where do you deliver?
All our deliveries are made to Mainland UK, Northern
Ireland. A signature will be required upon delivery.
We
are currently unable to deliver to Republic Of
Ireland, Channel Islands or Isles of Scilly. We do NOT deliver to PO
box addresses.
Deliveries to remote postcodes: A limited number of remote postcodes
are subject to an additional delivery charge. We will notify you immediately
if this applies to your order, and will only proceed with your approval.
Upstair deliveries: Please be aware that the couriers
are contracted to deliver to the address stated on
the order. Our couriers will only deliver to main
entrance/reception area.
Furniture deliveries: The courier will only deliver furniture items
to the ground floor level. You will need to arrange for transportation
of the goods yourself to any upper floor levels.
Do you charge delivery?
Delivery is Free on all orders over £50 (ex vat). There is a
small order charge of £3.95 (ex. vat) if you order is below
this.
Can I choose a delivery day?
We offer a next day delivery service as standard
but you may nominate a specific delivery day. Simply mention the date
you require in the customer 'comments/note' box upon checking out.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Delivery times are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.. However, We
can offer a before 12, or before 10am at an additional
cost, please contact us for more information on this
service.
