Missing or incorrect colours are often caused by clogged print heads rather than alignment issues. When ink nozzles become blocked, certain colours cannot flow properly onto the page.

Run the printer’s built-in print head cleaning tool to clear any blockages. You may need to repeat the cleaning cycle more than once. Once complete, print a test page to check that all colours have returned.
